Delivery Information

UK Delivery
Please note delivery cost will be added to your order once your delivery country has been entered. Standard delivery to England, Scotland and Wales (excluding channel islands):

- For orders under £20, delivery is £3.00
- Orders over £20, delivery is  £7.50

Small orders are shipped using Royal Mail First Class and larger orders are shipped using our courier company on a 24 hour service. 

Heavy goods like safes can result in a delivery charge up to £50 depending on your location. Please contact us for a quotation.

Just Fieldsports can only deliver goods to you in an approximate period. We will always endeavour to dispatch your items within 48 hours however product availability can vary. We aim to get your goods to you within 3-7 working days but some products have specific delivery requirement which may extend delivery timescales.

In store Items
These are usually items we stock in one of our shop. If you would like to purchase the item in person then please call ahead to make sure we have items in stock. Items will normally arrive within 3-5 working days depending on availability.

Collection Only Items
These items normally require identification, confirmation of age or a firearms or shotgun certificate before they are handed over. Shotguns, Rifles, Airguns and Moderators fall into this category. When purchasing a 'collection only' item you are in effect paying a deposit for your goods. You will be able to collect your item from our shop or if it's a firearm from a 3rd party gun dealer. The latter may be at an additional cost to yourself.

PLEASE CALL US OR THE 3RD PARTY GUN DEALER TO MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM HAS ARRIVED BEFORE YOU TRAVEL TO THE STORE.

International Delivery
In addition to the above information, addresses outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We advise each customer to contact their local customs office for further information if they are in any way unsure of local duties or liabilities. Cross border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities which means some packages maybe opened and re-sealed.

Refunds & Returns
The goods in question must be returned to us unopened within 7 days of your cancellation notice and must be received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, unopened and sealed in their original packaging in a condition suitable for re-sale. Unless the goods are faulty, we shall be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the goods from you and may set such costs off against the amount to be refunded to you. We are only able refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error or the goods are faulty.

All returned goods should carry a copy of the original invoice. We recommend you photocopy one for your own records. The goods should be packaged to a satisfactory standard in a safe and relevant manner. Our return address should be clearly shown on the front of the parcel which is as follows: RETURNS DEPARTMENT, Just Fieldsports (UK) Limited, 12 North Street, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, LU7 1EN.
